Association staff is working with the cities of Orem, Lindon, Pleasant Grove, Cedar Hills, Highland, American Fork and Lehi to finalize the plans and agreements for the Provo Reservoir Canal Enclosure Project and the recreational trail that will follow it.  Both the Enclosure Project and the trail greatly impact these cities.  The cities are excited about the prospect of this great trail and are arranging for the resources to fund and maintain the trail.  The Association is also finalizing construction plans and negotiations with the Enclosure Project contractor. Work is expected to begin in earnest later this year.
