The Provo Reservoir Canal Enclosure Project participants continue the work of reconciling the desired scope of work with the available budget. Work also continues in preparation for the numerous utility relocations that will be required by the project. The Provo Reservoir Canal finished the 2009 irrigation season when it was shut down on October 14th. The canal will now be drained and pumped dry.
